Gloria Butsch has been working in public finance since 1999; starting out with a CPA firm performing audit fieldwork and preparing financial reports for audit clients. After 11 ½ years as the finance director for the City of Independence, she is now serving as the finance director for the City of Saint Helens since March 2023. Gloria was the 2023/24 OGFOA President, serving on the Board of Directors since 2017/18.
