Description:

Change is inevitable with any new administration, and often, this change is felt most severely at the local government level. Proposed or discussed policy shifts in everything from federal assistance grants, labor relations, taxes, trade, and retirement will require that local governments are prepared. Finance officers from all types of governments need to understand how to best work with the current administration and how to be resilient in the presence of what could be significant change. This session will feature a panel of speakers to understand, plan, and respond to changing policies in Washington, D.C.
