Community priorities and politics are commonly integrated with the investment policies of local governments. And as simple as it may seem to those enacting policies, implementing a socially responsible investment objectives can be difficult with the other constraints that other public sector investment managers face. This session will feature a panel of speakers that will explain what it means to invest in socially responsible options, how to implement that plan, and how to balance socially responsible investing with the goals of safety, liquidity, and yield.
