The Director of Administrative Services is a member of the City Manager’s executive management team and serves under the administrative direction of the City Manager. The Director of Administrative Services exercises full responsibility for the operation and direction of Administrative Services which includes Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management and Information Technology. Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in accounting, finance public administration, business administration, or related field. A C.P.A. certificate or an advanced degree beyond the bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. Six years of increasingly responsible experience in accounting, financial management, budgeting, or auditing work, including four years of administrative and management responsibility in an administrative services capacity.
Licenses/Certificates Possession of a valid California Class C driver’s license. Certified Public Accountant Certification
