The City of Stockton Administrative Services Department is seeking to fill a vacant Program Manager III position in its Administration Division. The Administrative Services Department provides systems and services through five divisions: Administration, Budget, Financial and Accounting Operations, Treasury, and Revenue and Collections services. The Program Manager III is the lead position in the Administration Division, coordinates department-wide projects for the Chief Financial Officer, and monitors the department budget, personnel, and purchasing and procurement activities. The ideal candidate would be familiar with municipal finance operations, performance management systems, and enterprise resource planning tools. The incumbent will work a City of Stockton 9/80 schedule: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Fridays, with every other Friday off. Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business or public administration or a closely related field, or the field of the program to which assigned, and four (4) years of experience managing or supervising highly visible programs or projects with major departmental or citywide impact.
