Job Description: 

The Utilities Budget Manager will plan, organize and direct professional budget work, which includes various budgetary reports, analysis of budget to actuals, forecasts, presentations to various stakeholders, and other projects as assigned. To qualify for this position you must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public accounting, finance, economics or related field; and five (5) years of progressively responsible budgeting experience for a governmental agency, municipal utility or other large entity, including one (1) year of leading or supervising professional analysts; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. A Master's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public accounting, finance, economics, or related field may substitute for one (1) year of the non-supervisory work experience.
