Scotty Martin has been managing the Business Process Improvement (BPI) team since 2009.  He has 15 years of consulting experience in various roles for public sector clients, including DoD clients at the Pentagon, as well as private sector clients.  His consulting assignments have landed him in broad-ranging roles around the world including:  an environmental engineer, an IT manager, a software trainer, an data center manager, a Java programmer, a business analyst, and a management consultant.

During his time at the City, Scotty has worked on various projects including:  initial analysis and creation of the 311 Constituent Contact Center, helping craft & guide the Integrated Criminal Justice (ICJ) program, and establishment of a Development Services program.  When not helping mature project methodologies & tools for the BPI team at the City, Scotty spends time playing hockey, tennis, being a husband and father, and leading his son’s Cub Scout den.
