Program
The GFOA is now offering a two-hour interactive Internet training event specifically designed to assist participants and reviewers in the GFOA’s Distinguished Budget Presentation Awards Program. The training will cover important changes made recently in the Budget Awards Program’s “criteria” explanations to better reflect the guidance provided by the GFOA’s 30 “best practices” in budgeting. This Internet training program will combine lecture and examples to thoroughly cover these important changes, and would be relevant for any budget professional interested in improving their budget document.
