A link to the full text of the rule is included in GFOA’s issue brief on the rule, which is available at www.gfoa.org.

Seminar Objectives
Participants will learn firsthand from SEC Office of Municipal Securities Director John Cross about the Rule that goes into effect January 13, 2014. Mr. Cross will highlight how the Rule will shape communication and interaction between governments and underwriters and financial advisors. The course will include a question-and-answer session so that participants may raise questions with the SEC about the rule’s implementation and how it could affect their debt management programs.
