The Procurement & Contracts Manager will play an integral role in a busy, fast-paced environment with a team that continuously strives to exceed our customer's expectations. The successful candidate must be capable of developing the division into a cohesive, highly efficient, and cutting-edge team that is responsible for conducting purchasing and contracting operations in an ethical, unbiased, and transparent manner. As an important part of the leadership team, the Procurement & Contracts Manager must be a proven visionary, able to think strategically and exercise considerable initiative in directing and overseeing the results focused procurement of goods and services for the organization. The successful candidate will accelerate and maintain the implementation of best practices focusing on value added services that transform the division into a strategic partner in support of meeting customer operational objectives. A key requirement of the position is the ability to drive change across the organization and, in partnership with the departmental leadership and supplier community, move the division to the next level in providing results-based services for purchasing and contracting requirements

Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in purchasing, public administration, business administration or a closely related field and a minimum of five years experience in the procurement of a variety of services, materials, and equipment, including some supervisory experience.
