Eva Olsaker has been with GFOA since 2005 and is a Senior Manager in the Research and Consulting Center. Eva concentrates on systems and process needs analysis, ERP market research, technology procurement, and implementation advisory services for small to mid-sized governments. Eva manages technology projects to assists local governments analyze and improve processes, implement best practices, and mitigate and identify implementation risks. Eva is a GFOA national trainer and has published articles on technology procurement and implementation best practices, and cloud computing. In addition, Eva also manages the day-to-day sales and marketing efforts for GFOAs financial management self-assessment model, the CIPFA-GFOA FM Model. Eva has a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from Ball State University.
