Ms. Seale spent seven years in public accounting with KPMG, LLP. She joined the City of San Antonio as its Controller in 2007 and was promoted to Assistant Finance Director of the City of San Antonio, Texas in February 2012. As part of the City’s Executive Team, Ms. Seale oversees the Accounting Division within the Finance Department. In her current position, Ms. Seale is responsible for the management and processing of the City’s payroll; accounts payable; time administration; accounts receivables; general ledger; financial reporting; financial operations; fiscal administration [for all City departments]; mail room and print shop. She additionally works alongside the Assistant Finance Directors over Financial Management and Collections, Public Utilities, Purchasing and General Services and Risk Management to ensure that the City’s assets are properly safeguarded, cash, investments, debt obligations, public utilities receipts, actuarial reserves and assessments are accurately recorded and disclosed within the City’s financial statements.

Professional Memberships & Community Involvement: Ms. Seale is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and San Antonio United Way's Women's Leadership Committee. She additionally sits on GFOA's Committee on Accounting, Auditing and Financial Reporting and is a Ex-Officio board member for Municipal Golf Association - San Antonio. Ms. Seale was also a taskforce member on GASB's Lease Project.
