Megan Bourke

Megan Bourke serves as the director of the Office of Management and Budget for Loudoun County, Virginia, a thriving, diverse, and dynamic full-service county located in northern Virginia and home to Dulles International Airport. Her office is responsible for the development and management of a $3 billion general fund budget and a $3.5 billion, six-year capital improvement program. Programs under her direction include performance management, demographics and long-range planning, and budget development and monitoring. Megan has grown her career in local government budgeting through roles with the Village of Downers Grove, Illinois, Chesterfield County, Virginia, and with Loudoun County since 2014.
