Nicole Giordano

Nicole Giordano is the Performance Management Manager for the City of Coral Springs. She has four years of experience in performance management, coupled with over 15 years of service in municipal government.

Nicole began her career in municipal government in high school and continued immediately after completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Flagler College. Her early years were marked by various roles in various departments, where she gained a deep understanding of local government and public service dynamics.

Nicole collaborates closely with department heads to align performance with the city's five strategic goals. Her promotion of transparency and accountability enables departments to use data to tell a story and make data-driven decision-making.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Nicole is involved in serving the community through acts of service and youth development.
