Pat Harris

Pat Harris is Vice President of Customer Solutions at PMA Financial Network, where he is responsible for a wide range of investment services for public entities across the country. He has been in the financial industry for 24 years. Prior to his work at PMA, Pat spent over 18 years at BMO Harris Bank and RBC Global Asset Management, and he was an aide to two Ramsey County Commissioners and a VISTA volunteer.

He is currently a member of the GFOA’s Committee on Treasury and Investment Management, and he has served numerous roles in local finance associations.

Pat has a long history of serving our community. He served twelve years on the Saint Paul City Council, where he was recognized locally and nationally for his service. He also served eleven years on the Metropolitan Airports Commission and ten years as Commissioner and President of the Saint Paul Regional Water Services.

Pat has served as a Board Member on numerous nonprofits, including the Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library, Como Zoo and Conservatory Friends, Catholic Charities, Visit Saint Paul, the Six Points Theater, the Minnesota Children’s Museum, the Family Housing Fund, and the Books for Africa Ambassadors. He is a founder of Serving Our Troops, a nationally recognized, all-volunteer effort which has completed fifteen projects to provide “dinner with the family” for National Guard Members and families, serving over 110,000 steaks since 2004.

Pat earned a BA from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
