The City of Mississauga, Ontario Establishes a Trusted Partnership

Over the past six years, the Finance Leadership Team (FLT) for the City of Mississauga, Ontario, has been working to position the Finance Division as a trusted partner to the other divisions of the city. The goal was achieved through a sustained effort to improve the Finance Division’s relationship with the operating divisions, and today, the city benefits from this more collaborative relationship.
