The Public Finance Network submitted a statement for the record of the Senate Finance Committee's hearing on Tax Tools for Local Economic Development. At the hearing, GFOA member LaShea Lofton, Deputy City Manager, City of Dayton, testified on behalf of GFOA. The PFN expressed support for Ms. Lofton's testimony and reiterated the importance of protecting and enhancing tax-exempt municipal bonds.
