Where: The Anthem
The Anthem is a music venue located at 901 Wharf Street SW, Washington, DC 20024. Wharf Street is a primarily pedestrian street along the water, one block south of Maine Avenue. The Anthem entrance and Box Office are located behind the 900 Block of Maine Avenue SW, on the waterfront.
The venue is part of The Wharf, a redevelopment project in DC's Southwest Waterfront area with diverse dining, shopping, and scenic views located only four blocks from the National Mall. Learn more about The Wharf here.
Price: $50 per person, Children 12 and under free with adult ticket

Registration Details
Instructions for New Registrants Purchasing a Tuesday Night Ticket
- Click on the 119th Annual Conference registration link.
- Log in to your account. If you don't have an account, create one by following the link to the "Need Help" section. Under "Reset Your Password," enter your last name and email to check if you have an account. If you don't have an account, follow the prompts to create one.
- Select either "Full Conference Registration" or one of the single day registration options based on your preference.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the section for Tuesday, 01 July 2025.
- Select "Add" next to the Tuesday Night Ticket option and specify the quantity needed. If you need more than one ticket, enter the appropriate number.
- For a complimentary Child 12 and Under ticket, select the correct number of tickets needed. If no child ticket is needed, select "None." This question must be answered to proceed to checkout. If you reserve a ticket for a child under 12, you will receive a separate email confirmation from GFOA.
- Click "Save Response/Update Response."
- Proceed to checkout.
Instructions for Previously Registered Attendees Purchasing a Tuesday Night Ticket

- Log in to your account.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the section for Tuesday, 01 July 2025.
- Select "Add" next to the Tuesday Night Ticket option and specify the quantity needed. If you need more than one ticket, enter the appropriate number.
- For a complimentary Child 12 and Under ticket, select the correct number of tickets needed. If no child ticket is needed, select "None." This question must be answered to proceed to checkout. If you reserve a ticket for a child under 12, you will receive a separate email confirmation from GFOA.
- Click "Save Response/Update Response."
- Proceed to checkout.
