Dale Markey-Crimp
Citywide Performance Measurement and Management Program Analyst, City of Issaquah, WA
Dale Markey-Crimp is currently the Citywide Performance Measurement and Management Program Analyst at the City of Issaquah, Washington, where she has developed and launched the City’s first citywide performance measurement and data analytics program. In this role she partners with all city departments to develop performance measures aligning daily actions and benchmarks to the City's strategic plan. She recently supported a process increase the data- and evidence-driven nature of the City's Capital Improvement Plan project selection. She is a recent graduate of the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington, where she received her master’s in public administration with a focus in public financial management. Prior to graduate school, Dale was the Managing Director of Program for Teach For America in the San Francisco Bay Area, gaining years of experience in community engagement, project and people management, and strategic planning.
