Renew Membership

Follow the steps below to renew your membership with GFOA. Once your renewal is complete, you will receive a receipt via e-mail in 1-2 business days.

Steps for renewing the agency membership:

1. Visit estore.gfoa.org.

2. Enter your username and password.

  • If you can't remember your password, hit the forgot password button and complete the prompts.

3. After logging in, look on the right side of the screen and click on the "pay agency invoices" link.

4. Click the button under pay. Then click the green "add to cart" button.

5. Enter your credit card information and hit the submit order button.


Steps for agency add-ons:

1. Visit estore.gfoa.org.

2. Enter your username and password.

  • If you can't remember your password, hit the forgot password button and complete the prompts.

3. After logging in, look on the right side of the screen and click on the "pay agency invoices" link.

4. Click the button under pay. Then click the green "add to cart" button.

5. Hit the green "home" button. Then click "pay other invoices."

6. Click the name of the person your paying for. Then click the pay box and click "add to cart."

7. Hit submit order.


Steps for renewing your individual membership:

1. Visit estore.gfoa.org.

2. Enter your username and password.

  • If you can't remember your password, hit the forgot password button and complete the prompts.

3. After logging in, look on the right side of the screen and click on the "pay my invoices" link.

4. Click the button under pay. Then click the green "add to cart" button.

5. Enter your credit card information and hit the submit order button.
