Dan Huge
Public Finance Director, Indiana Finance Authority
Mr. Huge is the Public Finance Director for the State of Indiana. The Indiana Finance Authority’s mission is to oversee State-related debt issuance and provide efficient and effective financing solutions to facilitate state, local government and business investment in Indiana. Prior to joining the Authority, Mr. Huge worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Capital Improvement Board (CIB) of Marion County. CIB owns and operates Lucas Oil Stadium (NFL Stadium) and the Indiana Convention Center and owns Bankers Life Fieldhouse (NBA Arena) and Victory Field (AAA Baseball Stadium). Before that, he served as the Executive Director for the Indiana Bond Bank, issuer of long and short term debt obligations for local units of government, schools and libraries in Indiana.
