Rachael Lembo

Rachael Lembo has worked in local government for 11 years, 6 of them with the regional government Metro. At Metro she has worked in central finance, visitor venues, and capital asset management, and is currently the finance manager for the planning, development & research and housing departments. She is passionate and proud of the great work Metro does, and the way the finance department supports that work. She is excited to welcome GFOA to Portland, and is happy to give restaurant recommendations!
