Mike Blickhahn

Mike has over twenty-five years’ experience in human resource and payroll operational functions in the government, healthcare, retail pharmacy sectors. Mike has been with Plante Moran for over 6 years and oversees the Human Resources, Timekeeping, and Payroll consulting service line. His primary focus is public sector clients, where the team he works with supports and advises clients on system selections and implementations, policy and procedure reviews, and department assessments for Human Resources or Payroll, and related initiatives.

Prior to his work at Plante Moran, Mike held senior positions in the public and private sectors leading employee compensation, benefits, and the administration of human resource systems. This includes several years at a fortune fifty company overseeing all aspects of human resources for all mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
