Collin Boothe

Collin Boothe is the Assistant City Administrator/Director of Finance for the City of Conroe.  He has served on the Government Finance Officers Association Committee on Economic Development and Capital Planning.  He also previously served in several positions on the Board of the GFOA of Texas.  He is a Certified Government Finance Officer and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of North Texas.
