James D. Inglis

James D. Inglis has over 12 years of experience working in local government. He has held financial roles across diverse sectors including public health, housing, and land use.  James has his Master of Arts in history from the University of California Riverside and received his CPFO Certification from GFOA in October 2023. Currently James serves as the Finance Director for the City of Corvallis, Oregon. The City of Corvallis has a $270 million budget and 10 operating departments.
