Jonathan Butler

Jonathan Butler is the Senior Vice President of Community Development for PartnerTulsa.  He leads a dynamic team of professionals working to increase economic opportunity for all.  A native of Atlanta, GA, Jonathan has 25+ years of experience cultivating and strengthening relationships with diverse constituencies.  Prior to his current role, he served as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager for the City of San Antonio, and as Manager of the Neighborhood Services and Development Division for the City of Chattanooga.  He holds a BA from Emory University, a Juris Doctorate Degree from American University, and law licenses in Georgia and Virginia.
