Tuyen Mai

Tuyen Mai is a Senior Managing Director with EY Infrastructure Advisors, LLC. Serving as EY’s West region infrastructure advisory lead, Tuyen brings over 20 years of experience developing and consulting on large-scale capital and redevelopment projects, from transportation to energy, municipal facilities and urban revitalization/real estate. He advises state and local governments and universities on strategic planning and delivery of infrastructure, program development and asset management, and brings deep expertise with public-private partnerships (P3), municipal finance, major procurements and complex transactions. Tuyen previously served as a project manager on international road and airport private developments for Egis, a major European infrastructure engineering and operations group. Tuyen currently serves on the Board of Directors for the California Infrastructure Delivery Coalition.
