Leah Harris

Leah exemplifies the versatility of public finance professionals through her role where she manages administration, including human resources, finance, budget, workers' compensation, grants, and serves as clerk of the board. She is also dedicated to the Administrative Finance Services Section of the California Fire Chiefs Association, having served on its elected board, and currently acting as the legislative liaison.
