Randy Sherman is the Director of Finance and Administrative Services for the City of Riviera Beach. Prior to joining the City in October 2012, Mr. Sherman’s first stint in Florida was 4 ½ years as the Finance Director for the City of West Palm Beach. Before his move to Florida, Mr. Sherman served as both the Finance Director and Deputy Finance Director for the City of Manchester, New Hampshire for 23 years. Mr. Sherman is currently in charge of Accounting and Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Treasury functions including Cash Management and Capital Borrowing, Utility Billing, and Customer Service.

Mr. Sherman is a University of Lowell graduate and is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Government Finance Officer and a Certified Treasury Professional.
