Jhason Abuan

Jhason Abuan has worked for Montgomery County Maryland government since 2005 and has worked for various departments throughout his career to include the Department of Technology Services, Liquor Control, and now Finance. Jhason's current role as the Information Technology Division includes oversight of enterprise systems such as property tax billing with collections of over $2B annually, timekeeping/scheduling system of 13,000 employees along with being the technical liaison for the County's Enterprise Resource Planning system. Other responsibilities includes implementation and compliance (PCI and NACHA) of all electronic payment systems, business process reengineering, project management of enterprise sized solutions, software development management, system integration/architecture, contract negotiations, and special projects.
