Amy Reynolds

Amy Reynolds has been the Director of Research for the Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois since 2019.  She served previously as the Bureau of Property Management CFO at the Illinois Department of Central Management Services.  Amy also worked at the Illinois Department of Transportation in the budget office where she was responsible for fund forecasting and cash management as well as capital program estimates for the annual multi-year highway program.  Amy’s other experience includes working in the research offices for the Illinois Departments of Revenue, where she forecasted major tax streams, and the Illinois Department Commerce and Economic Opportunity, where she estimated project impacts on the State of Illinois using economic impact models.  Amy holds a master’s and bachelor’s degrees in economics.
