Lara Andrake, MBA, MHA is recognized for building strategic programs that modernize systems and incorporate best practices for enterprise risk management and health benefits cost containment. Lara brings a dynamic and practical approach that creates pathways for collaboration and resolving organizational obstacles.

Lara is recognized for her resourcefulness in shaping programs that maximize efficiencies, processes, and cost savings. She is experienced in creating and implementing organizational risk strategies, self-funded health benefits programs, and organizational initiatives for all levels within an organization. Lara is committed to ensuring that all members of the organization are well prepared for their future, safe at work, and equipped to traverse life's challenges.

Lara serves the community as Chief of the Office Enterprise Risk Management Office at Albemarle County, and as Adjunct Faculty at Piedmont Virginia Community College. She also serves on the Charlottesville SHRM Board of Directors. In her free time, you can find her spending time with Christopher, her husband, kayaking, watching movies, or hanging out at the lake.
