Kate Parmelee

As the City of Port St. Lucie’s Deputy City Manager for Strategic Initiatives & Innovation, Kate leads the development and implementation of the City’s strategic plan and innovation program, also serving as the City’s Chief Innovation Officer. She leads the City’s grants and advocacy and performance efforts through cross-departmental teams and facilitates strategic partnerships with educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and philanthropic organizations. Kate has nearly 25 years of experience in local government and nonprofit organizations.
