Jennifer Becker

Jennifer Becker is the Financial Services Director for the City of Burbank, California. She started her career in Burbank as a Budget Analyst and has served for over two decades in various finance and administrative roles with the city. Jennifer is a member of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO) leadership team, where she currently serves as Chair of the Communications Committee and Vice Chair of the San Gabriel Valley CSMFO Chapter. She was awarded “Volunteer of the Year” for 2023 by CSMFO. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
