Diane Bergeron

Diane Bergeron currently serves as the Finance Director for the City of Manassas, Virginia where she oversees budget, accounting, external audit, payroll, purchasing, debt, information technology, and geographic information systems as well as the management of over $50 million in ARPA funds. Prior to this, she was the Budget Manager for the City of Manassas for 10 years. She has also worked as a Budget Analyst for Leon County, Florida.

Diane has both a B.A. in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Connecticut. She is a member of the GFOA Committee on Budgeting and Fiscal Policy. She has also been an Executive Board member and served as President of the Virginia GFOA.
