Rae Bowman
Deputy Administrative Services Director
Rae Bowman is the Deputy Administrative Services Director at the City of Monrovia, California. Prior to this, Rae served in various accounting and financial roles for the City of Monrovia and the City of Huntington Beach. Rae holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and she is also a Certified Public Accountant. Rae has over 10 years of finance and accounting experience, and prior to joining the City of Monrovia, Rae held various accounting positions in companies within the commercial real estate and advertising sphere. Currently, Rae is an active member of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers association. Rae has also completed GFOA’s Leadership Academy in Charleston, South Carolina. In her current role, Rae assists is overseeing and managing the financial operations of the City of Monrovia, including budgeting, accounting, financial planning, payroll, utility billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and investments.
