Tom Budescu

Tom Budescu is a Senior Venice President with Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC (EYIA), an affiliate of Ernst & Young LLP and part of its US infrastructure advisory group. Tom has more than a decade of experience working in infrastructure finance and the public-private partnership market, both as an advisor and as an owner, having served as the Managing Director of Finance for the Chicago Infrastructure Trust from 2016 until 2019. Tom has provided strategic advice, program analysis, and project delivery support to a range of infrastructure agencies throughout the country, working closely with the state and local governments to catalyze the delivery of modern, sustainable, and connected infrastructure solutions.
