Courtney Kouzmanoff

Courtney R. Kouzmanoff is currently the Finance Director for the Champaign Park District since May 2024. Prior to joining the Park District, she was the Financial Services Manager/Budget Officer at the City of Champaign. In her role, she oversaw the budget, purchasing, property tax levy, revenue projections, financial aspects of the Capital Improvements Plan, and developing the City’s financial forecast. She has also held positions in the private sector as a Tax Specialist at a Trust Company and started her career in the public sector as an Accounting Assistant at the Champaign Park District.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Illinois-Chicago and is working to obtain her CPFO designation. She also currently serves as the Downstate Chapter President for IGFOA and previously served as Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. In the community, Courtney also serves on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit organization.
