Cristi Lemon

Cristi Lemon began working for the City of Fort Worth in 2003. She currently serves as an Assistant Director in the Fort Worth Lab with a focus on the city’s budget process.

She has worked in many different departments, including Police, Community Relations, Planning and Development, Performance and Budget, HR and Library. Her work has focused on community engagement, neighborhood association development, process improvement, budget, employee performance and training, and HR strategies.
