Dan Deaton

Daniel Deaton is a public finance partner in the Los Angeles office of Nixon Peabody. He serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel in a wide variety of public finance transactions, including for states, cities, counties, airports, water and wastewater funds, higher education, and cultural institutions. Dan is a thought leader in the fast-evolving regulatory developments involving disclosure and due diligence obligations of issuers and underwriters.
