Ben Davidson

Ben is a manager in GFOA’s Research and Consulting Center. In his role, Ben supports public sector entities in the assessment and analysis of their business processes and policies and the procurement of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Ben also supports the work of GFOA’s Standing Committees in the development of best practices.

Before joining GFOA, Ben worked for Ernst & Young and for the City of Chicago, holding positions in Office of Management & Budget and the Department of Finance. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communications from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
