Dawn Donovan

Dawn has over 35 years’ experience in municipal finance and has served as Comptroller for the Town of Eastchester since 2010. Prior to this, she served as Comptroller for the Town of North Castle. She began her career at Bennett Kielson and later served as Treasurer for the Ardsley Union Free School District.

She is a member of the Westchester Municipal Clerks and Finance Officers Association and served as Treasurer from 2001 through 2003. She is also a member of the GFOA of the U.S. and Canada (National GFOA). She serves as Co-Chair of the Women’s and Public Finance Network (WPFN) mentorship committee and was recently appointed to the Special Review Executive Committee.

A long-time member of the New York State Government Finance Officers’ Association (NYS GFOA). Dawn has served in many leadership roles and was President of the Association for 2016-17.

Dawn holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University in Pleasantville New York. Dawn resides in Tuckahoe, New York with her two children Erin and Brian.
