Nathan Flynn

Nathan Flynn is a Managing Director in the Infrastructure & Public Finance department at Siebert Williams Shank. Mr. Flynn joined Siebert in June of 2023 and covers a variety of clients throughout the Midwest and Southeast. He is a 25-year public finance veteran with a focus on delivering high-level quantitative analysis for project finance transactions involving debt, derivative and P3 products. Mr. Flynn's varied experience includes serving as advisor on over $3 billion of interest rate swaps and many unique, first of their kind Public Private Partnerships, as well as serving as a board member with the National Association of Municipal Advisors.

Mr. Flynn is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he majored in Economics, and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, where he received an MBA with a concentration in finance.
