Frank DiPaolo

Frank DiPaolo is the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Dania Beach, where he is responsible for accounting and financial reporting, budget, debt, investments, utility billing, procurement, and information technology. Previously, Frank was the Finance Director at the City of Lighthouse Point, where he supervised all Finance functions, including risk management and employee benefits. Frank previously worked at the City of Dania Beach as a Controller overseeing all accounting and financial reporting functions. He also served as Project Manager for a City-wide ERP system implementation. Frank received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Florida. Frank received a Master of Accounting from Nova Southeastern University and has been a Florida Licensed CPA since 2009. Frank is also a Society of Human Resources (SHRM) Certified Professional. Frank is the immediate past president of the FGFOA, having held numerous leadership roles, including on the board of the South Florida Chapter of FGFOA.
