Anne A. Fritz is currently the Debt Financing Director of the City of St. Petersburg, FL, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the City since 2010. She has been very active in GFOA for many years and was in the first class awarded the Certified Public Finance Officer (CPFO). In addition, she served as a Committee Member for multiple terms for the GFOA’s Committee on Accounting, Auditing and Financial Reporting.
