With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, I am a passionate and driven Business Applications Director at Microsoft, where I work with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customers for Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences in the Americas time zone. My mission is to empower customers and partners to achieve more with Microsoft's innovative and transformative solutions, and to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and growth within my team and organization.

As a Power Platform Global Black Belt, I have supported the sales and delivery of Power Platform solutions across various industries and regions, leveraging my expertise in SQL Server, Microsoft CRM, and enterprise software. I partnered with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs, design and architect solutions, and demonstrate the value and impact of Power Platform. I also contributed to the development and dissemination of best practices, technical guidance, and thought leadership on Power Platform.
