Nikki Griffith, CPFO is currently the Assistant Director of Debt & Strategic Planning for the City of Chesapeake, Virginia where she manages the City’s $683 million debt portfolio. During her career, she has issued over $5 billion in governmental obligations for Maryland counties and the state. She currently serves on the Brookings Institution Municipal Finance Conference Advisory Committee and the GFOA Debt Committee.
