Isabel Mu

As a Public Finance Advocacy Fellow at GFOA’s Federal Liaison Center, Isabel provides administrative and logistical support to the FLC team. She engages directly with GFOA members, members of Congress, as well as members of the Administration. In addition to maintaining strategic partnerships, Isabel leads special projects on public finance, debt management, and budgeting. Isabel also contributes regularly to GFOA’s weekly e-newsletter and magazine, Government Finance Review.

 

Prior to joining GFOA, Isabel was a legislative intern at the Office of U.S. Senator Cory Booker and a project assistant at the Edunomics Lab. She has a B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University with minors in Economics and Chinese.
