Jill Johnson

Jill Johnson is the Financial Services Director for the City of Casper Wyoming, a community of 60,000 residents and businesses in the heart of Wyoming. She started with the City in 2021. As the Financial Services Director, Jill leads the Investment Advisory Committee, Finance Committee, the Finance team and the Utility Billing Customer Service Team. In addition to a CPA firm and self-employment experience, Jill has served in various municipal capacities for over 20 years including cities, special districts and a county. Jill has been a financial statement reviewer for GFOA, served as the Treasurer for the Colorado Government Finance Officers Association, is credentialed as a CPA in both Wyoming and Colorado, CPFO and Certified Public Funds Investment Manager (CPFIM). Jill has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters in Accounting.
