Mike Johansmeyer

Michael Johansmeyer, CFO, EFO is a husband of 30 years with two children and 2 grandchildren. He is 31-year fire service veteran and currently serves as Fire Chief – City of Lake Mary Fire Department, Florida Fire Chief’s Association (FFCA) - East Central Director and Central Florida Fire Chief’s Association (CFFCA) – Seminole Director. He earned his master’s degree from the Naval Postgraduate School, Center for Homeland Defense and Security and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF). He instructs Finance and Budget for the FFCA’s Emergency Service Leadership Institute (ESLI) across the State of Florida.
